Mass deportation of all Arabs from Palestine is becoming ever more acceptable among Israelis

Editor: As I have mentioned previously, the "option" of deporting all Arabs out of Israel, including "occupied territories" (as if any of it was not, in fact, "occupied territories"), has been discussed by some elements of Israeli society for a few years now. Prominent figures have been supporting the idea of "transfer" (read "forced deportation") as a way to resolve the "demographic problem" and maintain the "Jewish nature" of the Israeli state for a while now. A new poll, published by Ha'aretz, clearly shows that the attitudes of the Jewish Israeli public are becoming more and more racist and apartheidic (no such word, but one needs an adjective). There is a wide support for deportation, exclusions of Israeli citizens from decision making based on their ethnic origin etc. Read full article for yourself, but here are some figures:

...46 percent of Israel's Jewish citizens favor transferring Palestinians out of the territories, while 31 percent favor transferring Israeli Arabs out of the country...

...60 percent of respondents said that they were in favor of encouraging Israeli Arabs to leave the country...

...24 percent of Israel's Jewish citizens believe that Israeli Arabs are not loyal to the state...

...Israeli-Arabs pose a threat to Israel's security, according to 61 percent of the Jewish population, while around 80 percent are opposed to Israeli-Arabs being involved in important decisions, such as delineating the country's borders...

...72 percent of Jewish Israelis are opposed to Arab parties being part of a coalition government...

...support for the Oslo process - 35 percent...

...Support for the establishment of a Palestinian state - 49 percent...

...Only 40 percent of Jewish Israelis support transfering control of Arab areas of East Jerusalem to the Palestinians as part of a peace agreement...

...49 percent are in favor of Israel leaving the settlements, apart from large blocs, under a permanent status agreement...
